What You’ll Learn

On the first Saturday, November 28, we’ll look at the basics of what sound is, how sound is processed electronically, the bits and pieces of sound equipment, and how to operate a typical sound system. This session is geared for anyone who wants to learn about sound systems in general.

On the second Saturday, December 5, we’ll focus on the sound system at St. John’s. This includes preparing and setting up equipment, mixing sound during the service, and solving common problems. This session is a good introduction for anyone who might like to become a part of the tech team at St. John’s.
