Easter Sunday is the most joyous day of the year as we remember how Jesus was restored back to life. With the resurrection of Jesus, God completed what He started with Jesus’s trial and crucifixion.
Jesus’s resurrection means that death has been conquered, and eternal life is now offered to us all. We are now able to accept this offer from God because the costs of our sins were paid in full by Christ when He died on the cross. Today, because we have acknowledged what Jesus did for us on Good Friday, we can richly experience the joy and the new hope of Easter morning.
